FEAR
What is fear?
Fear is an inner emotion that clouds and threatens once inner abilities or ideas to produce a better output. Fear is a quick prompt of the body's adrenaline of an encroaching danger. in short, fear is a strong and spontaneous human emotion.
It's so relevant that fear only occurs to humans for future adventures. You've got to think of this, fear comes before you take that action or initiation, example fear griped you before you jumped off that stair case, not afterwards. Before calling on those big shots of life decisions you were griped by fear. The genius ideas and steps one can take in life are very scary. AT the end of the day you will be irrelevant and unproductive when you stay idle.
Fear can basically be broken down into three types, these include
Subconscious Fear
who really are you? Sometimes our beliefs can determine who we really are. Subconscious fear is believed to be a summery of who we really are, this development limites our beliefs and shorten our visual perception of the wold.
Example is having a perception that you will never get a good marriage since every relationship you've been through all your life has been terrible and never ended well. Such perception more often brings us to the conclusion that we are just not good enough.
But there are so many beliefs that have been with us but growing up we realize they are just not true. Beliefs are just not factual and sometimes what we perceive and fear about us are just irrational.
External Fear
As the name implies, external fear is an outside fear prompted due to past experience. This fear arouse due to a traumatic event of the past ,for instance, if you were bitten by a pussy cat at a tender age, you develop some phobia for pussy cats that gets you traumatized when you encounter one.
This fear also triggers when one engages in events he/she has a phobia for, examples are sky diving, canopy walk, swimming, etc. such fears are easily recognized due to the trigger.
Internal Fear
Unlike the external fear, internal fears are not triggered by specific events but it corresponds to internal emotions. This fear manifests as the fear of rejection, fear of success, lack of self confidence and self believe, the feeling of inferiority etc. This fear mostly can shut dreams, businesses, ideas, asking someone out on a date, etc.
This type of fear is dangerous because it can make you think that that is who you are. All these are being clouded by internal fear and can really hold you back in life.
Identification of your fears and overcoming them.
Calmly hold your self back and critically ask yourself or dig deep into your inner self and verify what is it there that is holding you back to act freely, what has griped your inner beast and preventing you from achieving your aim and attack it. simply put, know your weaknesses and attack them
Like that saying in that Guinness ad " there is an iota of greatness in every man" so you see fear has no business in taking hold of your emotions or your dreams.
Always imaging yourself accomplishing a task or your dream without any ill feeling but doing it in your full capacity with joy
